There is nothing quite like people watching in Tokyo, where fashion is anything and everything, and nothing is out of place. And there is nothing like watching people cross one of the busiest crossings in the world.
According to people I spoke to, Shibuya Crossing is the busiest crossing in the world, and this wouldn’t actually surprise me. We went after the morning rush and it was still full of people.
It’s also one of the busiest shopping districts in Tokyo – something both sister and I took full advantage of later on! But before we decided to visit Starbucks, a place we always try to avoid since Starbucks isn’t a native Japanese coffee shop. But this particular Starbucks was located perfectly and had the best vantage point.
So over a mango juice drink and a green tea shake we watched people cross the road. I love Tokyo. I love the people there. And I love the fashion.
