A new generation of instant photography

When I was younger I wanted a Polaroid camera because I wanted to have photos all over my room. Then I got a little older and threw myself headfirst into digital photography (who needs to develop anything when you can just print it out?) My university room was covered in printed black and white photographs (I was a student, colour was expensive). I didn’t think of buying a Polaroid camera again but then I saw the Fuji Instax Mini 8 in a lovely duck egg blue, and I had gone in a full circle.

So far I have only taken a handful of photographs and not all of them have turned out as nice as this sunset shot (one is just black. Completely black – no idea how I managed to do that) but as soon as a little time has passed and I am more comfortable with this piece of equipment I shall post a detailed review.
