It’s time for Herbal Supplements

photo 1 (1)I don’t know how I have not had herbal supplements until now. I read other people’s fitness journeys and supplements and powders always feature, yet for me it somehow never seemed like something I should do, it never seemed important. This of course is complete nonsense – it is important and even though I am still learning how important, it is definitely deserves more of my time than what I have been giving it so far. Enter Indigo Herbs of Glastonbury who have very kindly send me curated selection of powders all from their Sports Bundle.

  • Organic Wheatgrass Powder
  • Organic Banana Powder
  • Organic Spirulina Powder
  • Organic Hemp Protein Powder

As you can see almost all of the powders in my bundle as organic and Indigo Herbs promises that all of them are from fair trade supplies who respect the environment. When I was talking to them they impressed on me how important it is for individuals to take responsibility of their health and they help by providing excellent quality herbal supplements which are affordable (so important that bit isn’t it?).

So far I have been quite unadventurous with these supplements. They have directions on the back of how much to put in a glass of water and that is all I have been doing and so far I love them. I love their flavour, their consistency and how easy they are to use. However, I want to have more fun with them! I want to be more adventurous so I have been planning some recipes where I can add them. I can’t wait to share them all with you!

    Yeah supplements is where it’s at since I’ve been taking argi+ before my workouts I’ve been able to exercise longer and feel less recovery time! So good for you hope you find a method to improve your workouts!

        Of course I’m not sure how far you’ve got into supplements but if your training for events and the such I might also recommend aloe juice to you the reason is it makes a great delivery product for your supplements to be fully incorporated into the body! Anyways just a though! Best wishes
