NTC Week may be over that the London Run may still be away in the future but that doesn’t mean that all training has to stop. Nike’s NTC app has to be one of the best I have ever used and it makes working out at home on my own so much easier because I know there is this whole community supporting me. The next thing on my list is doing Ellie’s workout.
I had no idea that Ellie was a runner or so into her fitness but having looked at the timetable I can only imagine how hard she must work. The week long schedule looks amazing:
24th February – Work it like Ellie – it’s the NTC Race Ready workout
25th February – Own it like Ellie – this one is the ultimate Hollywood workout
26th February – rest day
27th February – Run like Ellie – this is the one I know I can do without any problems. It’s a three mile at a pace which suits you
28th February – Stretch like Ellie – this is a workout from the Vinyasa Rush Studio
2nd March – Ellie’s NTC workout – time to smash it
