Running with Be:Fit London

I have been running with Be: Fit London for weeks now. It’s a very friendly running group and I look forward to running with them every week. This week Be:Fit have taken over Lights of Soho, one of the coolest places I have ever been inside.

We all met on the lower ground floor where we also had the chance to write what lights us up. Of course I went with ‘running’ because I am really original like that and best of all, had the chance to pose with Jesus in the background.

All of Be:Fit’s residency is also sponsored by TomTom and as all had the chance to run in the new TomTom Spark which is pretty epic. Obviously I didn’t get a chance to really play with the watch but what I was able to do and see was brilliant.

Led by The Runner Beans the run itself was shorter than normal because there was a premiere happening in Leicester Square which no one had expected (I think it was for the movie Creed?) but I didn’t mind this at all. I was still in serious pain from PHIIT and the 10k run I’d done the night before.

In fact I was downright grateful to stop running and relax inside Lights of Soho for a little while before leaving. It was like an adult playground with signs and phrases that just made me laugh and want to have in my own home.

Things like this is why I love living in London – this city really does have everything.
