In London it’s so easy to fall in love with free stuff. I have been so lucky with some of the cool stuff I have had the opportunity to do and it’s all the more wonderful when it helps championing women’s fitness. A little while ago Adidas opened their Women’s studio in Brick Lane. They have classes ranging from HIIT to yoga to run clubs. What’s more everything is free – you sign up via Facebook Messenger and if you are lucky enough to get a spot you head to Brick Lane and have a wonderful time.
Over the weekend I found myself in cool-town itself (East London) and decided to take a walk down Brick Lane. As it was Sunday there was a market on at the same time. Or maybe it’s better to say that there were many markets on at the same time. It was a wonderful assault to my senses – the food, the clothes, the shoes, the food – all amazing.
Breakfast has always been my favourite meal of the day. I remember loving it from the time my memories started. Every morning before school/high school/university/work I make sure I have time to eat my bowl of cereal. If I am running late I will forgo everything else before I skip breakfast. So when I heard about the Cereal Killer Café months ago, I knew I had to go.
