As a vegetarian, I always find it difficult finding food that I can eat. In some countries this is easy (Sri Lanka) and in others very difficult (I’m looking at you Japan). Generally Europe has a pretty decent selection of vegetarian food but I didn’t know how Vienna would fare. Would I be stuck with risotto and pasta (boooringggg) for the whole trip? Thankfully I wasn’t and some of the places we went to has some of the loveliest vegetarian food I’ve ever eaten.

Over the weekend I took a Juiceman recipe which can be found here, on The Happy Foodie, and decide to recreate it using only what I had in my kitchen. I love making smoothies so was pretty excited about making one which is so different to my norm. Usually I go for fruits and vegetables and water. I don’t have any of these extra elements like matcha green tea powder or coconut butter and I also never decorate my smoothies and was quite excited (yes, genuinely excited) to see if I could make mine thick enough to support the weight of multiple grapes.
