NTC is back! This season the focus is on training efficiently and using the time you have to train as effectively as possible. And what’s more, this Nike have used some of the best instructors and best studios to host the sessions. In a week classes cover Mobility, Endurance, and Strength in locations including Kobox, Frame, and Third Space.

As with almost every class Nike offers, these are free and work on a first come first served basis. Last week I was lucky enough to head to the fist Strength class at Kobox.

Nike’s Unlimited You campaign has been running throughout the Summer of Sport and the aim is to get people to reach and then break their own limits. I love this ethos and the fact that they use real athletes to help promote it. Unlimited You has already set Amsterdam aflame and over the weekend it took over London. There were two options you could choose: a Kobox class followed by a Nike Run Club run or a Barry’s Dirty Thirty treadmill session followed by a Nike Training Club workout. I went for the latter and to say that I was excited was an understatement!
