Hip-hop Yoga reworks classic and traditional yoga poses over hip-hop tracks. I was invited to a class earlier this week at Sweaty Betty Soho. Tapped Trees were hosting it and Emily was our teacher extraordinaire. There were also going to be little candles and fairy lights. Win, win, win.

… in the best way possible with fitness classes on the roof! With the sky above, a gentle breeze all around and St Paul’s watching over us, the two classes I went to were brilliant. The first was WERK Hiit, led by reshape trainer at 1Rebel, Sweaty Betty ambassador, and co-founder of FoodAndLycra, Kim Ngo. The second was TotalBody, a workout created by Sweaty Betty ambassador, PT, founder of 4fitnesssake, Chiara Pellegrino. Both were different, both were high intensity, and both were brilliant.

Last night I had the pleasure of joining Tapped Trees, Sweaty Betty, and PT extraordinaire Lydia Mok for a run, HIIT, run session. I love 1Rebels’ Rumble class and when I saw that Sweaty Betty had partnered with them for their latest  #GetFit4Free campaign I was over the moon. Rumble is a boxing, cardio workout which is slowly starting to take over London (I think 2016 is going to be the year of boxing). I have had the chance to do the workout now in the comfort of my own home and in Sweaty Betty’s Soho store. Links on where to find the video and how to book a class are below so go forth and read!

I hadn’t heard of Body by Simone until I saw that Sweaty Betty had partnered with them for their newest #GetFit4Free campaign. BBS is a dance cardio workout and while really big in America it hasn’t quite reached London. This is all going to change though, rumour has it that Simone is crossing the ocean soon. Before I had the chance to go to a store and try the workout, I did the video at home and it reminded me of good old fashioned aerobics, which I loved back in the day, but with a lot more jumping, which I also love now.
